I am at the end of my third week back at work and have had an opportunity to review most, if not all, of the major activities which took place during my absence. I am most pleased to note that our major supporters have continued to give, that new support has been accessed, that the scholarships awarded and dollar value of the scholarships increased in 2002 from the previous year's totals, and that the staff remains highly motivated. Furthermore, the planning process initiated with the WRF grant shows great promise for us. For all of this and more, I want to express my gratitude to you for all that you accomplished while serving as acting executive director here. You did an excellent job.

Without Promethean Partners' support and guidance, the Children's Safety Center could not have established such a comprehensive and successful development program. Our excellent results during this first year can be directly attributed to their expertise, guidance, and hands-on approach. They're more like partners than consultants.
