Cindy Webb Cindy Webb has 20 years of experience in fundraising planning and execution. As a senior development officer at the University of Arkansas from 1989 to 1996, she created and instituted plans that resulted in the College of Education obtaining record levels of support during her tenure. Prior to her work in Northwest Arkansas, Cindy was a fundraiser in New York City for Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, where she worked with high-profile individuals and companies, and with Marymount Manhattan College, a liberal arts college for women.

Cindy specializes in strategic nonprofit business planning for organizations that have budgets between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Her focus in the social service and education sectors brings a broad understanding of the factors that impact these and other organizations. The result is a plan that is achievable and measurable in meaningful terms to the organization. Cindy is particularly effective with organizations that are new to fundraising or that have reached an important turning point in their life and are seeking to grow their focus and fundraising.

Cindy received a Bachelor of Arts in Math from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, and a Master of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas. She has a strong understanding of interpersonal communication and utilizes that to develop plans that build on the strengths of individuals, the brand of the organization and the proposition it brings to the market place. She personalizes mass communication to create new revenue sources and increased positive public perception for her clients. Her ability to identify strategic communication and fundraising opportunities has helped to establish her excellent reputation in fundraising, marketing and public relations.

Cindy was recognized by the NW Arkansas Business Journal as one of its 40 upcoming executives and business leaders under 40 in 1999. She helped to found and later served as president of the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas. She chaired the second annual Komen Race For A Cure doubling its participants and revenue over the first year. She also helped to establish the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
